Enjoy a fabulous weekend in Paris for Bastille Day!
You could say the city of Paris pulls out all the stops. Between an extravagant fireworks display, an operatic concert and the legendary firemen’s ball, held in extraordinary venues, you can feel the excitement building! Two intense days of activities are being organized. On the evening of Bastille Day (14 July), one of the most gorgeous fireworks displays will be set off from the base of the Eiffel Tower at 11 pm, lasting some 30 minutes. To treat yourself to these grand radiant, sparkling and enchanted emotions, you are invited to settle in for the evening on the Champs de Mars. Beginning at 9:15 pm, enjoy a free concert by the National Orchestra of France, featuring the Radio France Choir and directed by Daniele Gatti. The night before, I recommend the Parisian firemen’s ball at the Sévigné Fire Station, an historical place in the heart of the Marais.
